Business Research Center To Provide Real Estate Forecasts

VALDOSTA -- Valdosta State University's Center 为 Business and Economic Research (cbe) has established a contract with First State Bank of Valdosta (FSB) to provide real estate market assessment services 为 Valdosta and Lowndes County.

FSB has previously produced an in-house market analysis; however, the new partnership will empower the cbe to generate semi-annual online reports on both residential and commercial markets. cbe Director Cliff Lipscomb is working now to establish a template 为 the first year's reports, which will be published in June and December of this year.
